Appearance

Erect plant up to 30 cm tall; with single main stem. Leaves pale green snd kidney-shaped with denticulaste margin; no main vein but several primary veins radiaste from stalk. Flowers arise at the top in a cluster; very small, four-petaled, white and with petals generally not overlappingjust and cruciform. Earliest flowers seen mid February (2022).    

Habitat

Self-seeding around the semi-cultivated and uncultivated areas of the front garden, including in the margins of the gravel drive.
